Who can claim these benefits?
A parent or guardian with a TKID Magic Maker order from Amazon.com may submit a claim after purchase.
What will TKID check?
We verify that the Amazon.com order exists, is not canceled or refunded, and has not already received the benefit.
What does an approved claim include?
An approved order receives an additional 12 months of limited warranty coverage and two complimentary rolls of TKID filament.
Where can the filament ship?
Complimentary filament ships to the US shipping address provided in the approved claim.
How long does review take?
We aim to review claims within 1–3 business days. We send the decision to the adult email address used on the form.
How will I receive shipping updates?
After your filament ships, we’ll send the carrier and tracking details to the email address used for your claim.
Can a child submit the form?
No. The form must be completed by an adult parent or guardian. Never submit a child’s name, email, phone number, or address.
